The Settings Menu of Ashampoo Burning Studio 2008 enables you adjust several program settings:

 

Recording ...

Gives you access to additional settings. You can select whether the disc should be ejected automatically after the recording session or not. You can select whether the tray should be closed automatically before verifying.

 

Folder for temporary files ...

This option allows you to specify the folder that the program will use to store temporary files. There should be at least 800 MB for CD images,4.4GB for single layer DVD images and 8.1 GB for double layer DVD images of free hard disk space in that folder. By default your systems standard temporary folder is used (which usually resides on drive C:).

 

Languages ...

You can choose between different languages for Ashampoo Burning Studio 2008. The program has to be restarted to activate the new language setting

 

Configure News Channels ...

Opens a dialog that allows the configuration of the news-channels. News channels provide you with news on a variety of topics.
